This idea was inspired by 'Japanese Sumi Ink'. For a sense of modernity, an interpretation of the ultimate 'black' that the world has long been fascinated with from BC arrives in the form of a new frame. As its materials, we used soot of the highest quality from KOBAIEN, the oldest manufacturer of Sumi Ink in Japan with a tradition spanning more than four hundred years. In pursuit of thoroughly bringing out the beauty of blackness, the brand has jointly worked with TAKIRON RAWLAND, which possesses its own unique technology for acetate molding. Finally, as the hub uniting this project, the 'Qulo' universe is embodied by way of collaboration with the artwork of GEN MIYAMURA, a promising and vigorous painter of Sumi Ink images.
