We understand that maintenance and repair are a regular component of eyewear. To ensure our eyewear is kept to a standard, we provide a range of services to safeguard quality.

Warranties are provided across-the-board, with coverage for all manufacturing issues or defects over a period of 12 months. Our highly trained teams can also help with repair issues, while dedicated support from individual brands will handle larger problems.

For maintenance, our staff are more than happy to assist and offer care services, to ensure your eyewear is kept in its best possible shape.

  • Scope of Warranty

    Your eyewear deserves professional care. We honour the original manufacturer's warranty of at least one year for all optical products. This includes basic repair services for manufacturer defects. The warranty period may vary for different brands and products. To find the coverage period for your specific pair, please check the product warranty certificate (if applicable), consult our shop staff or email us at service-hk@puyioptical.com. Our Puyi Client Service Specialist are happy to assist you.

    *Our free maintenance services do not cover lenses of sunglasses and discontinued models. For damages caused by misuse or abuse, a maintenance fee will apply.

  • Service Locations

    We value your satisfaction, regardless of where you live. You can send the eyewear purchased from us to any of our stores under Puyi Group in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan Region, Mainland China or Singapore and receive our professional and comprehensive repair services.

  • Requirements

    We want to make sure your experience fits your needs exactly. To help us do that, please bring with you the invoice and warranty certificate (if applicable) that came with your product. We will also need your name and contact number, so we can cross-check our purchase records.

  • Fees

    You will not be required to pay fees for repairs due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period. However, repairs of damage caused by abuse or misuse may require additional fees, depending on the brand’s warranty. Before we repair the product, we will inform you of any necessary charges based on the level of damage and confirm that you want to proceed.

  • Estimated Timeframe

    We are dedicated to providing you with the very best in eyewear, and this means that our repairs may take some time. The specific timeframe will vary from case to case, depending on the level of damage and availability of parts. It often takes at least three months, and up to six months for eyewear using special materials such as premium metals or horn. An estimate specific to your case will be provided with your quotation.

  • 60-Day Lens Guarantee

    Comfort and quality are our promise to you. If your prescription eyewear doesn’t feel right, you can bring them to any Puyi Group store, along with your invoice within 60 days of purchase, and our professional optometrists will provide eye examination and consultation to see how we can make it right.

    *This guarantee applies only to prescription lenses sold at stores under the Puyi Group.
